Delicious food and excellent service in the heart of Scottsdale. For those familiar with the area, it's located in the old Quilted Bear. We recently went with a large group from work. We had a multi - course menu served family style and each course was better than the last. Perfectly cooked scallops, ribeye, veal meatballs, fresh pasta made in - house... All served by a professional staff. Highly recommended if you're in the area, but also recommend reservations..

Delicious, quality Italian food. Can't go wrong with anything here! Twenty five layer lasagna is amazing.

The food is always great here and I love the bar. Can't beat good ambience. I think the price is on point for the quality of the food and service, but based on what I know about my fellow Phoenix residents I would say this place is well pricey for most. Definitely order the tableside Caesar salad and their pasta and meats are delicious.

This place is fantastic, from the service to the drinks to the food. We were a party of Five and the service we received from James (and the team) was superb. They were attentive without being over bearing. James was very knowledgeable on the menu and made great recommendations. They do a table side Caesar Salad that is one of the best I have had. The Rigatoni Lamb Verde was unlike any pasta I have had before and the Garganelli was tremendous as well. Three of us split the Porterhouse which was cooked perfectly. (ask for a drizzle of olive oil, you won't be sorry). We will be back again and again.

An epicurean delight in Scottsdale!! Love the bar and their drinks were superb. Ambience and staff were top notch. I liked that the wait staff were nicely dressed and attentive to all details. A very very important detail which many restaurants overlook. I will be back to the Gordo Ox!! Anton**
