Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar

This was my first experience at a Fleming's. For context, I've dined several times at Ruth's Chris and Morton's and I've also dined at Craftsteak in Vegas. I found the experience at Fleming's to surpass all of those. The typical high-end steakhouse experience is often a little stuffy. Our server at Fleming's tailored his approach to my party of 5 guests which kept the experience great and he even had us laughing a couple of times. I heard him engaging the tables around us and he his interactions were dynamic for the mood at each table. Further, we selected a bottle of wine that was out of stock. He discretely came back to the table, explained the situation and had another bottle of higher value in his hand as a recommendation yet maintaining the price of the original selection. All steaks were delivered as ordered and were all great cuts.

Always top food and service. We celebrate our birthdays here just about every year. Sarah has been our server the last couple times and she is awesome.

We have been customers of Flemings since their first Az. restaurant opened in DC Ranch around 2004. Lots has changed here as well as the landscape for Steak type restaurants.
Without getting too detailed, we dined here about 10 days ago and were reminded about one of their core strengths. That is, an engaged Management team!.
Chris is one of a handful of this Team who truly went above and beyond in making sure we were well taken care of. We are discriminant customers which is not new for a brand like this. Chris made sure the entire evening was a solid win....

Excellent service. Upscale and old school steakhouse ambiance and service. Lots of juicy prime steaks and side dishes to share. Well trained wait staff. Highly recommended!

I ate at Fleming’s and enjoyed every moment of it. I had the scallops and the crab cakes. Both were prepared excellently. I also had a glass of an Arizona white that also was just what the night needed. Good food, great service. I’ll definitely be back.
