I chose Core Kitchen as a mid-point place to meet a friend for lunch during the work day. It turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. The food is healthy, filling and delicious. You can mix a variety of ingredients to get the salad, wrap, or bowl of your choice. The restaurant is clean and bright, and the service is some of the friendliest I have had in years. I would love to have one of these in the far north valley.

I drove past Core and I was intrigued (and hungry) - decided to check it out and I’m so happy I did. The second I walked in I was greeted with a smile and was amazed by the cleanliness. The food did not disappoint! And the price can’t be beat for the portion and quality. I have already texted a couple of my friends to tell them to check it out! Highly recommend!

This place is PERFECT - if I could rate it 10 stars, I would!!

I walked into a big, clean restaurant and was immediately greeted with a smile by one of the owners, Bryan (his wife Erin is the other owner). Somehow, he instantly made me feel comfortable and extremely welcomed. He asked me if I'd been here before, explained the menu, and showed me how to order on the machines they have (a a customer, I'm excited they have these for when it's busy because it will make ordering quick and easy)! Additionally, one of the employees told me that Bryan was a great boss, which I really appreciate.

Now, it's really hard for me to eat anything or anywhere because I can't have gluten or dairy, and at this current moment I can only eat white foods as well (just got teeth whitened). I could not believe they have food that accommodated me! Most, if not all, of the menu is gluten free, they have a ton of vegan options (including vegan cheeze sauce!!!), and they're also adding items to the menu after the 1st of the year (2020)! Prices are definitely reasonable, at the price you'd probably expect. The food is amazing, and the service is arguably even more amazing!

The inside of the restaurant is bigger than I expected, has low and high tables (I have pain issues so this is a huge plus because standing is better for me), easily reachable outlets located on the wall right next to and above the high tables in the back - which also include 2 USB ports (and one of the two USB ports even come equipped with microUSB, USB-C, and lightning charging cables for your phone/tablet!!!!!), the temperature is fantastic, music is perfect (classic rock and rock/alternative classics), they also have a retractable door for when the weather is great (it's the kind where it's like a glass garage door), and outside seating! When I walked in, I was nervous I wouldn't be able to study here, but Bryan said it was completely fine and told me where the outlets were without me having to ask! And, of course, they also have WiFi!

This place is an absolute gem!!
