IHOP

We came here for a late bite to eat. There was really no one in there at the time, luckily. Our drinks came very promptly as opposed to Denny's in Surprise on Bell Road! You will literally die of thirst over there, and hunger, if you go there late night, and get a particular server that's ALWAYS there!! ...Anyway, our Server was quiet, but pleasant, and prompt! Our food took a bit longer than expected, but not too much. Everything was good, and no complaints here. We would rather come here now as opposed to the 'other place,' down the road! We didn't know they were open late at this location. Otherwise, we wouldn't have wasted our time and money going elsewhere!

This place was ran like a finely oiled machine! It was packed! We barely had to wait. What appeared to be the manager worked as hard as the rest of the staff. Food was quick and very good. We we're impressed!

Coffee available almost as quick as we sat down. Food was good & I enjoyed my Swedish pancakes/crepes very much. My colleague ordered eggs, hash browns, biscuits & gravy. When our bill arrived my colleague got a military or senior discount (not sure which one, he is in his 70s & served in the Army in the late 1960s). Lots of different options on the menu in addition to pancakes.

The Best IHOP in the country. Haley is fantastic and funny. She made experience very pleasant and the food was delicious. Clean restaurant, could use some remodeling. But was overall the best we are in long time.

Great place to eat with your family at anytime of the day. This location is usually filled with senior citizens so it tends to be nice and quiet. The staff is polite but can be forgetful when it gets very busy. I also found that it's much cheaper when my father in law invites me to go and picks up the bill. Much much cheaper... for me. ????
