Let me preface this with the understanding that we acknowledged that this restaurant is new and we were there at the peak of it being busy. The food was great. The fact we were served the wrong dish kind of sucked, but it was tasty. They were out of a few things, which also sucked. 2 hours we were there for dinner, just two of us. So, it's easy to see we were waiting quite some time in between drinks and food. The guy's bathroom ran out of paper towels. We'll be back.

We tried it for the first time and the food was amazing! The staff was great as well. Our server Amanda L did a fantastic job taking care of us! She gave us great recommendations and we will definitely be back to try them! We had the chicken potsticker to start. They were so delicious! We had the fish and chips as our entrée and it was so good! Then we finished with the S'more Budino for dessert. Definitely worth it! Can't wait to go back. Be sure to make a reservation! We got seated within 5 minutes.

My husband and I have heard such amazing things about Cooper's Hawk from family and friends and we have been counting down the day to visit their newest location in Surprise! We couldn't have been more impressed!
Everyone we encountered was kind, attentive and welcoming. Our server Eric was awesome!

There is nothing like this in Surprise, so we were so excited to see a beautiful fine dining location close to home. A real treat to West Valley residents! The decor and seating was beautiful and comfortable and we look forward to enjoying wine al fresco come fall.

Everything we ordered was absolutely amazing. We tried the drunken shrimp and their pretzel bread which was delightful. We did our own version of surf and turf, I ordered the short ribs and my husband tried the fish and chips. Portions were really generous and their recommend pairings were absolutely delicious! Their current reserve wine was out of this world.

We were so impressed we joined their wine club, looking forward to enjoying our bottles and tasting each month!
