Costa Vida

I really like the food here. Great flavors and it's fast. The meats - shredded beef, chicken, and sweet pork (I do not eat it, but it's my husband's favorite) are all very flavorful. The salsas are very good as well.

I do have a gripe, though. I go here often so it's a regular occurrence. They are more often than not out of their fresh made corn tortillas. Really??? They should have a backup plan as they run out so often. This means flour tortillas for the enchiladas. For wheat sensitive peope, this means choosing either crispy corn tacos, nachos or a salad from the menu. All good, but nothing beats an enchilada platter for a filling dinner!
I challenge Costa Vida to figure this shortcoming out. Step up to the A game!

Wish they had more selection of salsa & toppings for tacos but overall very good

It was ok. The meat or beans had something sweet in it I wasn't fond of but the price for the special of the day was fair. Friendly service. We sat in the outside dining area.

Shredded beef enchiladas with cilantro tomatillo on fresh tortillas are very tasty. The stacked nachos with queso are a guilty pleasure. Usually not a fan of Mexican fast food, but they have some dishes that are worth a stop. Prices are reasonable. Staff is nice. I'll be sad if they ever close.

The restaurant was clean, and the employees were very friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and awesome as always. The bathroom was a bit of a mess...had to pour soap out of a bottle, roll of towels on top of the dispenser, and the door won't shut completely.
