Dog Haus

Fancy hot dog stand with a bar. The hot dog combinations are very cool and the bun is also lovely. The cockpits are interesting too and well made. This specific location on a Monday night was kinda dead.

Good hot Doug’s abs there are a couple signature menu items. They serve these in Kings Hawaiian Sweet Rolls. I’m not a fan of the sweet rolls. These would be so much better in a classic white bun. I believe the burgers are also served in the same sweet rolls. I would absolutely go back, but I may order without the sweet rolls.

The restaurant is very clean and orderly. Little details matter to them like arranging the seats so the bar to be aligned and setting up all the tables to have the same arrangements. Friendly staff and delicious food at a reasonable price

Overall excellent experience here. Service was great and the food was so good. So good my 4 year old ate all her food and that is rare. So if your ever in the Tempe area I recommend you trying this place out, you won't be disappointed.

Today was the day I finally got to try Dog Haus in Tempe. Located near the Tempe town lake it's a nice, modern location. I kept seeing the hot dogs on social media and they kept haunting me 🤤. Had great recommendations from the cashier/server. So ended up trying the Cowboy with fries( also tried a slider which was not pictured).First view as it arrived at the table was an Instagram worthy moment. But after the first bite the excitement died down. Just the visual appeal of the hot dog really had me disappointed. The bite revealed a thin cut bacon strip which was really dark. On top of this the flavor just wasn't there for me,a basic hot dog with bacon that didn't have bacon flavor. The bun also overpowered the hotdog-meat to bread ratio .The fries were really good and hot,not the best nor the worst. The real diamond was the slider. A 3 bite burger with great taste. I would definitely return for a burger but as for it's name sake,the hot dogs just don't make the cut. Service was top tier,the cashier was friendly and attentive.

I got the DOWNTOWN dog which is a
smoked bacon wrapped dog with
caramelized onions, pickled peppers, mayo, mustard & ketchup. It comes on 3 Hawaiian
type rolls which are toasted to ✨perfection✨. The hotdog was a decent size and honestly quite filling.

Overall, this was one of
the most flavorful hotdogs I've ever had!!

The onion rings were the perfect amount of crispy but could have used some salt & pepper & the sweet potato fries are also a must!

Also, the service was amazing, everyone I was in contact with was so nice
