The food is very good freshly baked and even the price is cheap. Same taste as Chipotle but maybe it is much more better to go and eat out with friends

Just the smell alone made me walk in here, then I saw everyone's plate and how much they were enjoying their food so I had to give it a shot. I played it safe my first time and got a to-go of the double nachos with double braised bison, double cheddar, pico de gallo and guacamole. "HOLY HELL" I don't know if it was the bison meat and sauce or if it was a combination of the meat, sauce, chips, and fresh ingredients but I was in heaven. The food was so aromatic that I had my entire building smelling "Absolute"!

I love the food at Gadzooks, and I love the whole concept! You get to build your own enchiladas, and they cook them right there. Everything is super tasty. I love that their tortillas are freshly made! I typically get the pork chili verde in one of my enchiladas and the braised short rib in the other. I get half red sauce and have green sauce. I have such a hard time choosing only one because everything is so delicious! There are plenty of toppings including a variety of sauces and salsa. You'll have to try a few to get the perfect ones for you. If you have not been to a Gadzooks, you definitely need to try it out!

Build your own enchiladas is a great concept in general. We've been here twice now and it's just really really good. Had a variety of different menu options and no one has ever been disappointed. The last time we tried substituting the tortilla with roasted peppers and that was really great. It's sort of like Chipotle how you get to choose exactly what goes into your meal. Everything ends up in the woods fired oven to get nice and toasty which adds to the flavor overall. Then you get to choose salsas and sauces to go on top. Again, you have total control and can ask for things on the side if desired. I did that and was glad to have the flexibility to add more salsa as needed. I'm left with I've question: why don't we come here more often!?

We feel as if this is an upscale version of Chipotle. The spices are well crafted. This place is cozy. We sat outside overlooking University Drive. The food is wonderful. I love the name. Good use of the 80s mall store of the same name.
    Once again, great food.
