    DQ overall needs new upper management. When I was younger the burgers were better than McDonald's and Burger King and when they invented the blizzard, they should have been the place setter for the other chains to follow. Instead other places sprung up that could do everything better. They seem to have settled for being just OK. I still go occasionally hoping things are going to be improving. I recommend sticking to the basics though. The peanut buster parfait or a simple hot fudge sundae. The frozen cakes are consistently good.

    Katelynn (Katie) was an ABSOLUTE DELIGHT 😊. The best customer service I've had in a very long time!! I have my own business out of state...otherwise I'd try to steal her for my company!! That girl was on the ball, polite, helpful and friendly.
