Smoke Signals Grillhouse

Delicious! We had the grilled cheese brisket sandwich and pulled pork sliders. The camp-out strawberries for dessert were amazing.

Decided to try a new place a town over for date night and we were blown away. The chicken manicotti was out of this world. The owner was working and actually took the time to talk with us and told us how they smoke the coffee which I'd never heard of before. Then told us about a new coffee smoothie and brought us one on the house, it was so delicious. I never write reviews but I had to because the staff absolutely made our date night one to remember. =) highly recommend and will definitely be going back again.

We've been wanting to eat here for a long time and my wife and I decided it was a good time for a date night. Our waitress was super great, super friendly. They were out of the ribs but they have so many other things on their menu that it didn't matter. We got a ribeye and some of their sliders. It was perfectly done and the mac and cheese was amazing. The owner is such a great person and has a cool story on how he started the restaurant as well and spoke to us for a while. Very friendly and great food I would highly recommend.

Most amazing smoked meat I’ve ate. Randomly stopped here on the way back home to Denver as they were the only place for many miles that looked open on Thanksgiving. Walked in and they fed us the most amazing Thanksgiving dinner for FREE! The most delicious turkey & ham I’ve had (smoked of course). So good! Thank you guys! Almost brought me to tears. 😊
