This place is very charming. Wow....the gentleman who made my coffee....was funny, and woooweee knew how to make a an iced quad shot mocha with hazelnut. When I took that first sip, I was ready to run around. Didn't taste bitter, or shocked. Love this atmosphere. The man who ran the register, was kind and sweet. So awesome to be served by people who actually enjoy their craft. It makes the whole shopping experience amazing. Thank you 2 for your service.
What a great and random surprise! We are long haul truck drivers, pulled into town this morning looking for breakfast. Sal, the owner, greeted us immediately and made us feel at home. He took our coffee order as we browsed the merchandise, then his nephew Gregory made our coffee. He was great, even checking with us as to the temperature we wanted it served at.
Coffee was great and they offer different premium options as well.
My favorite part of the visit was realizing the building is haunted! When we walked in I thought it was, and that was confirmed as soon as I went into the restroom. I turned the light on and it immediately turned off. This happened two more times before it stayed on. After I came out, I asked Gregory who the ghost was in the restroom and he said he isn’t sure, but he and Sal agreed the building does seem haunted.
The overall vibe is friendly (superb hospitality, I felt like I was visiting family), laid back and just a little ghostly.
I strongly recommend a visit to anyone who lives in the area or who is passing through.
I hope we are back through here soon so we can stop back in for a great cup of coffee, more browsing and hope for another ghost encounter!
Best of luck with the new coffee shop guys!
The charming barista is a Dune fan & happy to discuss the relative merits of various treatments of this work. He also serves up a pleasantly robust cup of decaf. My traveling companion reports that the bathroom was clean & well-appointed. He ordered a hot mocha & was pleased with his choice.
I had a Mocha Orange Coffee. It was very good. The atmosphere is quaint and refreshing. The staff were friendly and welcoming! I was there during their Grand Opening! I wish them Good Luck!
Great coffee. My husband had a cappuccino and I had a regular coffee. Both were made fresh and both were delicious. I had a yummy apple fritter and he had a fresh brat for lunch. I also got some fancy gourmet coffee from their shop. I highly recommend this establishment. The co-owner was very pleasant and attentive. My husband said it was the best cappuccino. He’s had outside of Europe.
