“It’s been years since we stopped here. It’s just as nice as I remember. Lol, we pulled out of the drive thinking we were going to merge onto I-40 and quickly were stopped by a “road closed” sign. It was dark and the station was perhaps once situated along the OLD onramp… we had to circle around until we could see where we were going! Also, lots of parking spaces for truckers here. But seriously, easy to get on and off the interstate for a quick stop and re-fuel!”

“I drove by this place a few times and finally went and tried it today. The sandwiches were much bigger than I thought they would be! My wife and I had the Italian beef and the Italian Sub. So FREAKING GOOD! I'm not sure I've ever had a better Italian Sub to be honest. I'm so happy we've got such an awesome local place to get some good eats. Definitely going in the regular lineup for our family.”

“What a great and random surprise! We are long haul truck drivers, pulled into town this morning looking for breakfast. Sal, the owner, greeted us immediately and made us feel at home. He took our coffee order as we browsed the merchandise, then his nephew Gregory made our coffee. He was great, even checking with us as to the temperature we wanted it served at. Coffee was great and they offer different premium options as well. My favorite part of the visit was realizing the building is haunted! When we walked in I thought it was, and that was confirmed as soon as I went into the restroom. I turned the light on and it immediately turned off. This happened two more times before it stayed on. After I came out, I asked Gregory who the ghost was in the restroom and he said he isn’t sure, but he and Sal agreed the building does seem haunted. The overall vibe is friendly (superb hospitality, I felt like I was visiting family), laid back and just a little ghostly. I strongly recommend a visit to anyone who lives in the area or who is passing through. I hope we are back through here soon so we can stop back in for a great cup of coffee, more browsing and hope for another ghost encounter! Best of luck with the new coffee shop guys!”

“Amazing Family Restaurant! Soup was the best I’ve had since the last time I was in Paris. My husband said the Brisket melted in his mouth. Only downside was the pie was gone….should have gotten there earlier! This is a destination spot, along with the Petrified Forest National Park! Staff was pleasant and very friendly. “Really good Italian food. My wife and I split the chicken Alfredo and it was just about the right portion size. Sauce was not as thick as I'm used to but it was still good. We both would have had leftovers if we each got our own. You need to enter through the bar and then go through a closed door to get to the restaurant. House made Italian dressing is really good.”

“Staff was very friendly and the food was amazing. We got the Chile strip burger and the guacamole chicken sandwich. Both were great, and the tater tots were 💯. It was so good we got breakfast there, and everything was delicious. If you’re stopping here for the forest we would recommend grabbing food here. It’s a hole in the wall but probably the best about Holbrook proper (aside from the petrified wood!)”

“Waitress Tammy is a terrific and friendly waitress! Toni(?) was attentive with coffee refills. Food was excellent and amounts were HUGE!!! I have never seen such THICK and large pancakes before!!! My husband had French Toast and the quantity was DOUBLE the amount you usually get at restaurants: SIX complete triangles!!! It also was especially delicious, my husband said! The soft scrambled eggs were perfect and their flavor was delicious, as if they were farm fresh (not factory chicken eggs). We received bacon AND sausage, not one or the other. We will definitely eat here again the next time we drive through this way! We’re from the Los Angeles area. 🤓♥️♥️♥️”

“Gabby, the manager at this Popeyes, was amazing! I had this little flyer, to petition to raise the rate of funding allotted for Childhood Cancer Research from .o4 to .o8 percent! She gladly took it, and said she would post it for me! Kevin, was front line, taking our order, and very fast, efficient, and had wonderful customer service! He was rockin that register! Thank you Popeyes! 😊 I encourage anyone who wants a wonderful meal, hot, and fast, to come here! 😋 It is also wheelchair accessible! We will be back!”
