Arby's

I normally don’t leave reviews but I feel like I have to tonight. This Arby’s always goes above and beyond for the community and for their customers. Tonight, after getting food I got home to realize that some items weren’t in the bag. However, the amazing customer service I received from the manager and employees more than made up for the simple mistake. It’s no wonder these guys are always busy as they might be the best Arby’s in town.

They are always friendly. Been going to this location for years without a single problem. What really stands out to me is the measure they have taken durring this pandemic. Truely Epic. I would drive out of my way to specifically go to this location over any other in Tucson. Kudos to you and your employees Arby's.

My husband & I have always been treated with respect by all employees. Greeted with sincere smiles & kindness! Food is freshest, served promptly & tastes great!

I had interactions with Sam and, I am assuming, the manager. They both were pleasant, but Sam, specifically, was very helpful and patient with my questions. Thanks, Sam! The entire team seemed to run like a well-oiled machine and seemed to enjoy each other, which was nice to see. The food photos I took aren't the best, but I'd rather eat than take the time to snap a perfect photo :). I ordered it as take-out, and everything was hot or at least warm when I got home. The restaurant's parking lot and dining room appeared clean. It has a nice picnic area in the front with tables and umbrellas; I was sad I wasn't there to dine-in.

Maria the mgr...was so polite and caring......her staff was also polite.....I had the beef and cheddar.....yum......the corner of Speedway and Pantano in Tucson, Az...their restaurant was clean and tidy they even have out door seating.....TaTa.... good eats ....
