Food was as good as you might expect. Nothing wrong and workers were nice

My husband loves this place, somewhat because it's his name but he loves the Big Star. I am a fan of the Western Bacon. Lately the Western Bacon had been dry and I have to ask for extra sauce to get it like it originally was. love that they can put the onion rings on the side since my hubby will eat them because I don't. I am curious about their plant based burger... plan on trying it next time. They staff is friendly, helpful and they typically don't need up unless we order their cake, they always want to give us shakes..one time my husband had to request it 4 times because they refused to listen to him even at the order window. That day the meet helping him got upset with him and have him attitude because she kept doing it won't and was blaming him for it, not good.

Get the western bacon cheeseburger, get xta onion rings on it and youll have a great burger! Its worth it, so get 2!!! You wont be sorry

Absolutely horrible customer service. This is not fast food, expect your order within 6 to 8 weeks. First of two in drive through. Waited 5 min before they opened the window and asked for my money, then i was asked to park and my order of chicken tenders, the only thing i ordered, would be brought out to me. As i finished the last sentence, it was finally brought to me. He said he hooked it up with extra fries and chicken for the wait, and he sure did, giving them 3 extra stars than my original rating, but he forgot napkins, so loss of a star. Food was hot and fresh though!
