Cascade at Loews Ventana Canyon

Best bartenders ever the servers do a good job too.

First and foremost, the bites here are not impressive just expensive. Had aqua Chile & fish & chips. Aqua Chile was like a soupy ceviche served with a small round tortilla crisp. Was heavily limed. No way u can eat with just 1 tortilla so I footed for another. Fish & chips unimpressive. Was Long John Silver’s at $15/ filet meets Arby’s curly fries. Fortunately, that evening a trio band was playing. The female’s vocals were sweet singing jazzed up versions of r&b & pop tunes. This, the service, & the fireplace were the big pluses here. Lounge operated like a restaurant with no hostess so seat yourself.

Great atmosphere. A bit pricey over a long weekend, but staff were above and beyond.

We enjoyed our stay there. The room and the ppl were really nice. We enjoyed sitting in the pool and most of all,we loved feeding the 🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟 outside the hotel.
