dedicated. a gluten free bakery & coffee shop

Today was my first time ordering from Dedicated, and I ordered half a dozen df chocolate chip cookies and brownie mix. The cookies were delicious! My mom enjoyed them as wel . I wish I would have bought a dozen . After eating 2, I didnt feel tired like I normally do after eating non gluten free desserts. I'd really like to try their food and coffee.

I’ve been visiting this establishment for 3 years now, seeing as it is the only (not to mention the best) gluten free place anywhere near my house. It saddens me to think of what might happen to this place if people cease coming here during this time. Please come and support them so we can continue to enjoy their food in the coming years. The food is fantastic and quick. Even accounting for the high prices, which is expected from such specialty ingredients, it is worth every penny. Thank you for allowing to enjoy food I don’t have bake/cook myself!

The food and service were great. I had the sunrise sandwich on sourdough bread and oh how I miss sourdough. It was yummy. I'm still not used to the price of my new gluten-free life so it did seem pricey but it's worth the peace of mind that I can order anything and be gluten safe.

Love this place! Great coffee, nice people, and good food. The music is pleasant, and not too loud most days. It's a little pricey on the baked goods as gluten free is a niche market, but I find the experience totally worth the extra $$.

Small, easy-to-miss place next to the Unscrewed Theater. Good service for a late Sunday afternoon. We had bulletproof coffee for one of us and iced-tea and a vegan, gluten-free chocolate cake for the other. While neither of us are V or GF, we tried the place 'cuz we like the adventures. Drinks were both good and correct. The chocolate-cake was amazing as stand-alone chocolate cake. Really good enough to serve to anyone who might otherwise be think that such a thing was a "substitute" for "real" cake. We were impressed.
