Panera Bread

I often go to Panera on Broadway and Wilmot with my wife for lunch or with business friends for work. I usually have either the Fuji Apple Salad, the Spicy Thai Salad, or the Asia Sesame Salad. The salads are fresh, and the portions generous. Even a half-salad is enough. The piece of baguette is tasty and fresh. They give extra dressing if you ask. In general, the service is smiling and good. When we order take-out, the salad is ready on time. My fave: their hazelnut coffee. It is freshly made and absolutely delicious. And you can re-load. Overall, it's a great place for lunch, with ample sitting space, wifi, and they don't press you to finish your lunch. Highly recommended.

I ordered chicken noodle soup in a bread bowl, a Cuban sandwich, a cherry pastry, and a medium drink. The food was delicious, as always. Since I cannot eat that much food in one sitting, I had quite a bit to bring home for later. The staff was friendly and helpful.
