Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Came in with my kids for some milkshakes and burgers after a basketball game. Unfortunately it was raining and there is no indoor dining so we couldn’t sit down and eat. Alison took my order and was very friendly and talkative. We waited in our car for our order because of the rain and the boy with longer hair brought us our food to us in the car. Incredible service and speed very polite staff. Will definitely be returning! The onion burger was soo good and my kids loved the milkshakes

EDIT - I have returned a few more times to this location only to be met with friendly faces and good customer service. One bad experience shouldn’t trump the multiple good ones I’ve had since the first experience. Thank you Freddy’s!
(First experience) - Ordered only 2 meals and they forgot my fries in one of the orders. No big deal since I live close I just came back to get it. Immediately met with one of the managers telling “it was definitely in there” and getting rude with me. Make sure you check your receipt when you get your food.

This is a newer location and they knock it out if the park every time. Great customer service!! The custard is sooooo yummy and smooth! The besttttt!
