The food is delicious and fresh. Only one suggestion the lady is super nice but she needs another person at the counter to help her with orders. She does great work!

It was delicious. We had beef noodle soup, beef dumplings and pork steamed buns. Everything was amazing!

I would like to be able to leave a higher rating but feel that I cannot.

I ordered an order of dumplings and the meat pies. I placed the order online through their website. Ordering was easy. Upon checkout, the payment options were either “pay cash” or “pay card in store,” which I selected. Each item was around $11. I was not asked for a tip online.

I arrived and my food was ready. The owners seemed nice. I was told my total was over $28. Even accounting for tax it seemed very high. I asked for an explanation and was simply told it was the correct amount. I was handed a credit card receipt with a tip line, so I added a tip. After leaving, I noticed I had received an email receipt from the online order before paying in the store. Imagine my surprise when there was already a tip added!! (This is why the total was $28). I wanted to attribute this to a language barrier but honestly felt very tricked. Beware!

Fortunately, the food was good. Both items were very flavorful and authentic. Unfortunately, I found two chunks of gristle in the dumplings.

I would strongly encourage the owners to rework their ordering system to not trick customers. Also, they need to check their meats so they’re not serving gristle. I loved the flavors though!
