Krispy Krunchy Chicken

It was good i work there so yeah!!

I wanted to give a better review but when I arrived yesterday afternoon a little after 5, I used their counter top ordering device and paid, only to be told there wasn't any white meat! I'd ordered all white! Why no sign? Manager(?) told me the truck didn't arrive. He should have said something before I ordered. Offered to supersize my potato wedge fries, which I accepted. Huge planks really rather than wedges. Not my favorite cut...I was going by what was in their display case and those wedge fries were smaller. What I got were cooked perfectly though. Just soooooo big. Gunna take days for me to find ways to use them up.

I'd asked for Cajun chicken but again was told that's not available. Don't know how that's possible unless their supplier was late with a delivery. The coated chicken I got (3 thighs) was rather bland (which is good if it's because they used less salt) so when I got home I peppered it and added some hot sauce now and again. The meat was good, no big globs of fat, tasty even, and one of the thighs really seemed to be more breast than thigh. But of course I ordered all white because as you all know the breast is a much better cut, so disappointing they weren't available.

All things considered, I'd have to say it only came up to a 3 star experience. Staff was nice, though they should (and had amply opportunity to) have warned me before paying.

Juicy chicken tenders that are longer than a bun-length hot dog, cheesy-gooey mac n cheese and their chicken rolls are slept on. Super fast and cheap; gas station food has no right to be this good.

Pro tip: get a bit of their Buffalo sauce and add it in your mac n cheese and roll.

Who would've thought you could get good chicken inside a gas station. Krispy's chicken is amazing. Their tenders are always really good and so are their wedges and biscuits. The blueberry biscuits are also really good. When ever we want chicken now we always go there. Nobody else beats their prices and the people that work here are always super professional. So glad I found this place.

I have driven by this place a thousand times, and never tried it. We decided to give it a try today, and to my surprise, it was really good. Who would've thought, good fried chicken inside a gas station. It was hot, fresh, and tasty. I will definitely go back.
