Really enjoy this and get really frustrated too. The pizza is generally made well (cooked properly, nice rise, etc.) if its not busy and the staff is always friendly. If its busy check the pizza, thats when i see most the problems (bubbles, wrong toppings, dough too thin in spots). Like any human, mistakes get made and they are quick to correct them to the best of their ability. Will give more stars when i start seeing more consistency out of the pizza.

You get what you pay for. Employees seem only mildy interested in working in the pizza category. Wait times are slow but average considering the dinner rush. Pizza portal seems good, but I've never used it. The $5 hot-and-ready should be able to have more than just pepperoni, but if I remember correctly they tried that once and it was hectic for staff. The $6 Extra Most Bestest, despite being an English teacher's worst nightmare, is usually my go-to pizza. Anything else is mainly the same prices you can get from anywhere else, but maybe a few bucks cheaper. The dough had decent rise, the toppings were spread evenly, and the pizza was cooked evenly, but it's a bit bland. 6.5-7/10 on the Papa John 10-point pizza rating system, so it's servable. There's Pizza places with more pizza experience, but Little Caesar's is a decent budget option for dinner in the pizza category.

I ordered 3 days in advance for the Big Game to be picked up at 4:00 p. Walked out of there at 4:25 p. What was the point of ordering ahead of time? Very disappointed. However, your cashier was very pleasant and patient with the crowd. You all worked very hard on SB Sunday.

The quality of the pizza is a hit and miss. Check the pizza before you leave. Today was one of the misses. The center was doughy and very very thin (see photo). We have had times that everything was great which is why I gave them 3 stars.
