Hidden gem in Tucson serving authentic Mexican food prepared by Martin himself! They have fresh ingredients with a variety of delicious taco flavors such as one made of jamaica (hibiscus) and jackfruit. Their other meat tacos are all delicious as well. I would also recommend the house-made horchata which doesn't contain any milk! Their chips are also unique, having white beans with the tortilla chips! You can also come here for brunch since they serve delicious chilaquiles at 10:30 AM.

While their menu (strangely) doesn't have any prices, their food is reasonably priced. The decor of the restaurant follows a fun luchador theme.

If you have a chance to meet Martin, you'll note that he's a character with a penchant for authentic Mexican cuisine ~ make sure you orde the corn tortillas!

This was our first time here. Martin is the BEST!! We got the Tilapia Quesadillas and the Grilled Chicken and Spinach El Burrion. Portions were so big that we were able to share with a couple of friends.

    The artwork throughout is awesome!!

Nothing fancy here. The vibe is amazing, Chef Martin is a blast, and his creations are delicious!! 👊😎

Man listen!! This was the BEST food I have had in a while. The level of hospitality and love that came out of that kitchen was world class!! The owner is a GREAT dude! Much love to you Martin!! Thank you for supporting the Troops and showing us a great time. Hands down the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. Everything was made with LOVE. I wish I could give you 100 stars brother. God bless you!!

One of the best Mexican restaurants we have ever eaten at. The food is very fresh (no freezers or microwaves). Mole is rich and full of flavor, not sickingly sweet like most places. Great decor. Small dining area but worth the trip.

This is Tucson's hidden in the wide open gem. Across the street from SkyBar and down the street from overrated pretender Boca, Martin serves it up authentic and with no filter. The philosophy here is keep it simple and it works to perfection. There's no liquor license but you can BYOB provided you aren't loud or obnoxious. The Carne Asada tacos are otherworldly (no greasey, oily, creme lathered bs here, just the real thing). Wash it down with his Pineapple Agua Fresca (delicious!) and for dessert, try his ChocoFlan, a half flan, half chocolate torte that is indescribably decadent and delicious. Martin cooks it all and serves it up with a flair all his own. You won't eat tacos anywhere else in Tucson again!
