Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Staff was very polite. Only two people working. Took 45 min to get a pizza that was half the size I was expecting. Ordered gluten free crust and found out 20 min later they had sold out. Was given a refund and free soda or cookie, which was nice. Just not a fan of waiting that long and then having to go home and bake it as well.

So I'd like to start this off by saying I absolutely love their pizzas. Without a doubt some of my favorites. But... this last time was a bit rough. I ordered my pizzas online to save time, said they would be ready around 4:45PM. I showed up at 4:45PM... and found they weren't ready. Not admittedly they were quite busy, but I didn't get my pizzas until 5:57PM to be exact. So at 6PM basically. Or more plainly I had to wait over an hour for the food I paid for to feed my kids dinner. Its already dinner time let alone the time it will take to cook them.

Its... not ideal.

We have tried several of the franchises across the country. They all seem to be about the same. A good price for cookie cutter pizzas (all the same). I am really not sure why I keep trying them. The sauce has no kick to it and the crust is bland. It must be the price .

Love this place! Yummy pizza and salads! They normally have a great deal on sides and we end up getting more than we thought we would just because their prices are great! Everything is so fresh.

Oh yeah, this is my new favorite for pizza. Great tasting pizza, hot from my oven. Really easy bake instructions. AND GREAT PRICE - finally! And faster than delivery!
