Proof Artisanal Pizza & Pasta

Pizza was tasty. A tad expensive for what you get but tasty. I’ll probably return but not the place for budget minded folks as they will leave hungry.

Great place for pizza. Great crust and toppings, I recommend the Proof. The pizza is traditional thin crust and the meats are flavorful. Good service and the outdoor dining is nice and comfortable. They also have a kids menu. Want some fun, get a bowl!

Another great addition to the Union owned family of restaurants. As a GF person, I often avoid Italian and pizza restaurants because, well....Gluten.

So I was pleasantly surprised by all the GF pastas, and pizza options on the menu, and of those I've tasted, I'm impressed! Also a huge fan of their bartenders, who clearly know what they're doing. They made some excellent recommendations and mixed up some concoctions worth returning for.

Oh and don't get me started on the flourless chocolate torte. ???????? Yum!

I love this place! The patio is dog friendly so met my friends their for lunch. Fans provided a nice breeze. The server was courteous and pizza was good.

First trip, shows promise. Better concept and use of space than the past. Enclosed the patio and courtyard to make it more year-round useable. Good menu. The pasta shown was not spectacular. Thin sauce, needed cheese on top, maybe more seasoning, but not bad. A start. The desert was quite good. Cocktails solid. Food was a little pricey for quality and quantity.
