The young lady taking orders on the phone has a wonderful attitude & very professional. Good job Schlotskys. You hired a good one!
The sandwich was perfect. The customer service was good, and I got my food fast. I had to travel almost 30 minutes out of my way to get it, but it is worth it. I wish they had more in town!
It's a great place for a good, satisfying meal. I am only taking off a star because at noon on a Sunday, my French onion soup showed up with no croutons or cheese, and when asked, staff was very nice but just gave me a cup with the croutons and a little grated cool cheese - no offer to reheat or remake. There were five diners in the store. But. The onion stock and cheese pizza were great, and the service was friendly, likely just undereducated as to that soup. The sandwiches are delicious.
This is the first time we get Schlotzsky's in Tucson. My salad is not fresh. I got the Turkey Avocado Cobb. The lettuce is going bad, or already is. They shouldn't have served it like this. I asked for no goat cheese and there is cheese in my salad. On top of that I found a piece of plastic, which I'm assuming is from the bag of lettuce. I have no idea but the whole thing is completely unappetizing. My husband got a flatbread and my son a pizza, both were good for them. Very disappointed because when we stayed in Dallas for work, we ate at Schlotzsky's quite a bit and never had any issues.
