Dunkin'

Giving 5 stars. Went to Dunkin’ Donuts today to get a latte. Line was long but moved very fast my drink was perfect. Young lady at the window with glasses gave a smile and was proper and she was nice. Name on receipt said her name is Jessica. Thank you Dunkin’ Donuts ????????

I come to this location very often due to the fact that it’s the only closest and convenient location for me. I’m rating this location 3/5 stars because 3/5 times they get my order correct, the majority of the time I order through the drive thru and I want to blame it on the speaker and hopefully not the employees lack of attention. If there was a closer location I’d stop coming to this location. There was one time recently I waited at the window for 10 minutes to be seen waiting to pay and for my order and my order was still wrong. But since I’m addicted to Dunkin’ Donuts coffee I’ll keep coming.

Went in today to get a donut for my duaghter. Immediately greeted with a gorgeous smile that cam light up a room. Her name was Marcela. I told her I was gonna buy a donut for my daughter and she helped me pick it out. Great service! I'll keep going as long as she stays working there.

My family and I were in town over night for the Arizona Bowl football game. This location was just up the road from our hotel. Seeing as how my kids love the donuts and I am rather fond of the cold brew coffee, my daughter and I stopped by. Upon entering there was a group of people sitting at the tables waiting for their companion to pay for their order. The only issue was that their companion was stoned out of his mind. It took several minutes for them to pay and leave. Throughout this entire ordeal the cashier was patient and calm. He did a wonderful job with the situation. Once that was taken care of, he promptly took my order. He also ensured that the drinks were to my liking before I left the counter. I think his name was Oscar. Thanks guys for a great visit.
