“I must say that it has been a while since i have had the delightful taste & aroma of jamacian food being prepared as well as that taste. Grandma used to make the most delicious foods i grew up having the honor of chewing and eating every week. From oxtail to curry goat to coconut drops, she went the full spectrum to give me tastes from her home and i loved them. I get that same from this place. The curry goat is just as she made it as well as the curry chicken. And my favorite part...the rice! Oh my gods and goddesses...this is the best part of the plates here. Having that combination of the meats crossing over with the rice in your mouth is a sensational event. With the reason for my grabbing this meal being a celebration of my youngest son turning 12, i went for the meal from here. It was a delight that brought me back in time as well as gave good vibes out to my son & my grandmothers memory. Give this place a shot if you have similar memories of growing up with a family from Jamaica or even if you wonder what the tastes of the West Indies is like. You will not be disappointed”

“I tried this place today for the first time and I have no complaints. The service was great from the beginning and the food was delicious. I got a carne asada taco and a barbacoa caramelo. The caramelo was dripping, it was so juicy and flavorful with every bite. The carne asada was tasty, especially with some salsa on top. I love that they have a self serve section for the cabbage and onion in case you don't like either of it. Full recommendation from me.”

“I was accidentally overcharged for a purchase of beer. This was mostly my fault for first offering my credit card and then changing my mind, and asking to pay cash instead. I sent an email to Pinnacle asking for the charge to be expunged and a credit given to me. My email was responded to by Sammy. Sammy did not give me a hard time about this, he trusted me and eliminated the charge. Sammy was very kind and professional. I ordered the chicken mole and it was absolutely delicious. I’ve tried chicken mole at various restaurants but this one was by far my favorite. The rice and beans were extraordinary and cooked to perfection. I will definitely be returning soon! “A special dinner was shared here on the patio, since it was such a lovely night. We could not stay in the hotel, but we completely enjoyed our dinner. They were able to seat us without reservations, but we were lucky. That is not normal. The food was excellent and the service attentive. The view of the grounds was delightful. And the restroom was very nice. The one incident was that the server did not remember to bring us our bill. We waited for what seemed like longer than it should take and then finally I had to seek out the dinner reservations desk and ask. The problem was quickly corrected but it was a bit embarrassing to have to ask. Still, we were quite impressed. Parking is free and across the street in a secure and enclosed, but outdoor, lot. There is valet service also.”
