I sent an email to Pinnacle asking for the charge to be expunged and a credit given to me. My email was responded to by Sammy. Sammy did not give me a hard time about this, he trusted me and eliminated the charge. Sammy was very kind and professional. I ordered the chicken mole and it was absolutely delicious. I’ve tried chicken mole at various restaurants but this one was by far my favorite. The rice and beans were extraordinary and cooked to perfection. I will definitely be returning soon! “A special dinner was shared here on the patio, since it was such a lovely night. We could not stay in the hotel, but we completely enjoyed our dinner. They were able to seat us without reservations, but we were lucky. That is not normal. The food was excellent and the service attentive. The view of the grounds was delightful. And the restroom was very nice. The one incident was that the server did not remember to bring us our bill. We waited for what seemed like longer than it should take and then finally I had to seek out the dinner reservations desk and ask. The problem was quickly corrected but it was a bit embarrassing to have to ask. Still, we were quite impressed. Parking is free and across the street in a secure and enclosed, but outdoor, lot. There is valet service also.”
