    OH ..... MY ....... GOD!
    That was the best prime rib I have ever had, and I worked in high-end restaurants for 12 years.
    Heavier cut than I ordered, cooked perfectly, marbled great, and the most tender prime rib.
    I will be back.

    If you're in the area and you enjoy the simplicity of a good steak cooked to order, you MUST get a table here! I don't have one complaint! The food, the service, the decor couldn't be more perfect!! Their grillers are masters of the art, Texas Roadhouse pales in comparison!! You will get your money's worth of a good time and GREAT FOOD!!

    It fit every stereotype of a"cowboy" bar and restaurant, without becoming a cliche. My Sonoita was a Top Sirloin, done perfectly medium rare, and was exceptional. At first glance a bit pricey, but not really given the quality and sizable portion. My wife loved her Bar-ka-bob and took half of it home.
