Alcantara Vineyards and Winery

Great atmosphere. Really nice staff. You can drink, eat or just chill and listen to their live music.
You can try all their wines and take a glass home. Oh, and the sangria is really good.
It’s good to visit during summer and fall, when the vineyards are green.
10/10 recommended:)

Mixed feelings here, and I don’t like leaving negative reviews. Three stars for the wine. One star for the price. Negative stars for the unfriendly female server. The older gentleman and the chef were both very kind. If I’m paying $20 for a wine flight, I expect just that, a flight. Three ounces of wine poured at once, not a single ounce standing waiting in an uncomfortably hot room with zero ambiance. Others were annoyed with having to come inside and ask for their next pour. My recommendation is to purchase a bottle and take it somewhere more enjoyable. Skip the “flight”.

Every time we go there the staff is great. Today we had their sandwiches made with their own ingredients. The wine is always of fine quality. Highly recommend.

My best friend and I got the 9am horse back riding package. It was great with the heat because it was the beginning of the day! We both wear jeans, tennis shoes, a tank or short sleeve shirt, sunscreen is a must, and a normal bottle of water. Tomas was our guide and was truly amazing! I do equestrian riding regularly where I live in Oklahoma and my friend is an experienced rider as well. The ride was a little longer than an hour but we explored new areas, got to walk through the river. And he allowed us to open up and really gallop on the horses. It was such a fun and unique experience! We both would highly recommend this for anyone in the area looking for adventure ☺️
