Fujiyama Japanese Restaurant & Sushi Bar

Did not inform customers anywhere that they were closed. Google says their open and their phone just goes to voicemail..... Just a sign on the door. I drove 20 minutes. ...

Never answer their phone for to-go... if they would just claim no more togo i would be less upset. Still the best sushi in town apart from Sushi J Express.

Pandemic was rough.

UPDATE: Since they moved their location from one place in Frontier Village to the new spot there, the crowding issue has been resolved. I'm giving them the extra star. I also like the look of the new place and it's also more comfortable. The quality has been maintained and I highly recommend it.

The high point of this restaurant is the quality of the sushi and the selection. They have a sushi bar where you can watch the sushi Chef rolling your rolls. The menu selection is not large and the food on the menu was decent. The low point was the fact that it was super crowded at lunch and service was slow and it is a little expensive. However, the staff is super friendly and made the wait worthwhile.

First time here. Had a great lunch. They have a sushi bar along with restaurant seating. We enjoyed beer and wine with our lunch but it they appeared to have a full bar. Definitely going back.

Brooke recommended the key lime pie mints over the chocolate mints. The key lime pie mints were good but I preferred the chocolate mints. Still a good recommendation though.
