“Vegetables with white sauce was delicious, wok-cooked to perfection and all veggies were fresh not from a can. Mongolian Beef was generous in portion and full of flavor, and made with real sliced beef unlike what most other Chinese restaurants we've tried serve. As I'm not a spicy hot food fellow, I'd ask the chef next time to turn the heat down to very mild. It took several gulps of water to finally get used to the chili heat and enjoy the dish. The pork egg foo young was generously filled with freshly cooked veggies and served with gobs of delicious brown gravy. Chen Dee, the chef's daughter served us expertly with a smile. She is very knowledgeable about ingredients and cooking methods. China Valley Chinese Restaurant is a long-awaited gift to Oro Valley, in fact, to Greater Tucson.”

The menu sounded good on their website and it was near the flower shop where I had to pick up an order, so we stopped in. The restaurant and bathroom were very clean. The staff was very helpful in offering suggestions. The italian sub was outstanding!! I was trying not to eat all the bread, but it was so good I couldn't help myself. A great place for lunch. “My brisket was delicious! I tried commenting on the feedback without going public. Wouldn't let me. I told the lady on the phone I was in isolation, needing surgery soon. That I couldn't come in store. Lady was very nice, food was great. But no one was wearing masks going in and the guy that brought my food out didn't have gloves or mask, needed a signature even tho I paid over the phone so I'd not have contact. I tried online but it said you were out of brisket is why I called. so I called. I was so scared I almost didn't take my food. But I'd ordered a pound of brisket for $20. Wasn't gonna leave it. Then I get home and went back online to complain and your price was $15.00. Disappointed for sure. We are still in a pandemic and I would hope that social distancing and being concerned with the patrons would be important. Sorry for the rant. Jody”

“Excellent food. I ordered the Abbacchio Alla Cacciatora (lamb stew) and it was wonderful. I have rarely had lamb so I was wanting to try it again and I'm glad I did.
