“This was such a fun and cute bar! We came during Christmas when they turn it in to a Christmas bar. It was so fun! The decor was spectacular! We had fantastic service and all staff were friendly, attentive and quick. We sat at the bar and enjoyed getting to know the bartenders. Loved the drink selections and the Christmas themed drinks! “What a GREAT spot for the neighborhood! So much fun things here for everybody, from the pinball machines, to the awesome skateboard wall, cornhole out on the beautiful patio. “I never tried this restaurant before so wanted to give it a shot. I checked out their menu online and a couple things caught my eye so I decided to go. Was seated promptly and waited a couple minutes for the server. We were greeted very nicely and the server took his time to explain things since it was our first time in. We ended up getting two apps and two entrees. Everything was fantastic. My meatloaf was one of the best I had. Fork tender and added with the mashed potatoes, out of this world. I’ll be back here next time I’m in Scottsdale for sure.”

“Haven't had time to do a full review for quite a while and I'm still just as busy, so I'm just gonna try and make this as swift as possible. This review is for a dinner I had way back in September, so all of this is merely from faint memories. In short, everything was good. Surprisingly fresh. The coffee-cured salmon was quite an experience. If only it was a tad less salty, it would've been up there with some of the best nigiris ever devised. The uni hand roll was surprisingly cheap for what you get as well. It is real uni, not a bad amount, and the balance of flavors was great. Honestly though, the thing that deserved mentioning the most is the chill vibe. Real nice jazzy café vibes in the middle of the desert. Makes you feel like you're in a big city for once. The fact that it's pretty empty compared to the "main branch" of Clever Koi across the... alley also helped. Unfortunately, there didn't seem to be a pond. Quite a missed opportunity, if you ask me. Seriously, the vibe couldn't be put into words. If you're an urbanite like me, you just gotta experience the magic. Not sure if most people 'round the area would. I grew up in a busy place, so. Taste-wise, it's like hovering around the 4-4.5 stars range. But just because of the vibe and the locale, I'm gonna give this the full A-tier. All my other sushi misadventures in Phoenix were atrocious, to say the least. Across the Pond was quite a nice change of pace. I'll be back. Someday.”

“What a fantastic Asian restaurant experience! I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this place. The food was exceptional. We kicked off our meal with the steamed buns, trying three varieties – the pork belly, the soft-shelled crab, and the Korean hot chicken. The buns themselves were delicious, slightly sweet, and perfect. While the pork belly was a bit tough to eat (the pork itself was hard), the soft-shelled crab was amazing, especially the sauce. The Korean chicken was okay and was my least favorite out of the three We ordered the classic Pad Thai with grilled lemongrass chicken, and it was simply WOW, truly amazing! The chicken seasoning was spot-on, and I couldn't get enough of the noodles. The serving sizes were generous, and the pork ramen offered the same delightful experience – ample portions, delicious broth, and tasty noodles. The service, overall, was great, with one exception. The hostess, unfortunately, was rather rude when we entered. Despite the restaurant being empty, she offered only a table outside and, as we were a party of two, suggested only the bench as seats without providing an extra chair – something that I thought was bizzare. However, the server quickly corrected the situation by offering a chair, turning that initial sour moment into a positive one. Even after we left, I couldn't help but notice empty tables in the restaurant, making the hostess's choice of seating seem unnecessarily uncomfortable. Despite this hiccup, I cherished every minute of my time at this restaurant, and the food truly is exceptional!”

“4 of us stopped in for dinner. It wasnt very crowded on Saturday night, so we walked in and checked out the menu. Maddy our server was friendly and helpful. Food was ready quickly. I had chicken strips and they were very flavorful, and tender. Coleslaw tasted home made. The others enjoyed their 1/2lbs burgers, each cooked to perfection. Very pleased. “We had a party of five. The bartender was quick and the wait to get a drink was low. If he was helping others, he'd acknowledge us and let us know he'd be right with us. The food took awhile to get out but it was also pretty busy. When the food did get to us...insanely good! There was a live band and the band was good. The audio set up was also good and there were no bad sound issues with the mics or speakers. Highly recommend checking this place out.”

“My wife and I went last Friday night with another couple to Cheetah's for the first time. It was an incredible experience! The entire staff was very friendly. The manager came over, introduced himself and answered my questions about prices for lap dances/ VIP and private room dances. The prices were very reasonable and less than any of the other topless bars we've been to around town. The wait staff checked on us regularly to make sure our drink orders were fulfilled. The cost of the 6 drinks we had was substantially lower than elsewhere as well. I had Athena dance some lap dances for me and she was amazing. She is gorgeous, very friendly and smart. The club is very clean inside too. We have found our spot for topless fun for now on. I highly recommend Cheetahs!!”
