Callahan's Steak House

my girl Shawna always takes great care of us. glad I always get to be put in her section. Deluxe chicken sandwich is yummy.

Cute little steak house in Siloam Springs. Right in Hwy 412 very easy to spot. Lots of parking available. The food was good and the service was fast. The waitress was very nice and attentive. The prices are decent not outrageous.

My wife took me there for my Birthday. The steaks we had was super good cooked just the way we like them. The Staff was super nice and waitress we had kept our glasses full and checked on us alot.

Food was great, service was not. We went on a Thursday, got there about 6:40. We were seated pretty quickly. The building is updated and clean. We selected a range of food, from kid's mac and cheese to hamburgers to steak. We were disappointed in the onion petals, as they were cool when we got them, but the fried mushrooms were good. The mac and cheese is just Kraft (which is disclosed on the menu) but it was a bit dry. Burgers and fries were good. Steak was great, but is was a bit undercooked--more like medium rare than medium (I'd rather have steak a little under- rather than overcooked, though). They forgot one of my sides, but corrected the error once brought to their attention. We wondered a few times if our server had forgotten us. We had to flag the server down for drink refills and extra napkins. We watched the server go to the table next to us multiple times before stopping at ours once. We definitely had to take initiative. There was no dessert menu on the table or an offer of one, which was disappointing as we were there to celebrate my birthday (and I love sweets, not gunna lie), but we had already given up on struggling with the server. I'm guessing the server was either fairly new or was having a rough day (if so and you're reading this, I hope it got better!), so we didn't want to make a complaint while we were there. I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt since we all have those days. The food was great, so we'll give it another try!

Our first time there will not be the last! The ambiance reminded me of home, (KS) so I was comfortable walking in to a new place. The waitresses were sweet and very good at their job. The food was scrumptious and plentiful. Their prices are very fair for the high quality food and service.
