Lemongrass Roots

Busy place, good/nice service. Meh food. No flavor.

Menu is a bit limited for a Thai restaurant. The ambiance is simple, but prices good. Had the chicken basil fried rice (I ordered the tofu but received chicken).

We were in town visiting family and decided to have lunch here. They were under new management, but the new owners were very nice. We ordered a variety of food. The papaya salad was really good. My brother said it's the best he's ever had, and he's not a big fan of papaya salad. The owner even added in a side of sticky rice for us. The pho was great; broth was full of flavor & you could have definitely eaten it the way it came without adding extra sauces/condiments. The pad thai and fried rice were good as well. They even offered to give us to-go drinks. If we come back to little old Siloam Springs, we'd definitely stop by again.

I had the spring rolls and the Pad Thai but the best part of the meal was the water. Trust me you have to order a glass of water. They infuse it with cucumbers and it. Is. Amazing. Seriously, it was a great meal.
