    Excellent gumbo. Fast service. You'll need a fork for the fried shrimp po boy.

    Transplant from Lake Charles here. All the “Cajun food” I’ve had in this area is garbage. This place is AUTHENTIC. Brooke absolutely slays meals!! Unbelievable this comes from a food truck
