Gusano's Pizzeria

GLUTEN-FREE PIZZA!!! Pizza is probably my most-missed food since going gluten free. But then, a friend told me that Gusano's had GF pizza. It was really good, although it was $10.00 for a small-medium pizza. It was so nice to finally find something I could eat at a restaurant besides steak and potatoes, which are even more expensive. If you don't have to go gluten-free, you won't like the crust, but all GF "breads" have that weird texture. It tastes just like normal crust. I can't afford to eat there often, but Gusano's is now in my top 3 restaurants that serve GF foods. I hear that their "normal" food is good too.

Good pizza and reasonable prices especially with happy hour. The spinach dip is excellent. They are short staffed but made up for it with talented fast servers.

Fantastic Chicago style pizza. It's a thin crust version instead of the traditional thick crust deep dish, but it worked really well!

Lived up to the hype, and I had heard rave reviews. The spinach dip - GET IT! Tried a Chicago style and a regular pizza. They have a unique taste and style that makes them stand out. Atmosphere was great. Service was great. Easily 5 stars.
