Their reviews were great, the photos made you hungry and their attention to detail calmed any concerns we could have had. First things first, the food is AMAZING!!! The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We ended up being a couple tables short for their set up, and they were able to roll with the punches and come up with a solution faster than we could. “This place is great. Fresh flavors, creamy flavors, rich flavors abound. So much healthier than ice cream for a sweet treat fix. They have peanut butter, granola, fruit, nuts, etc. for toppings. The bowls they use are top rack dishwasher safe, and the spoons change color when they get cold. You have quite a choice to make the first time you visit Rush Bowl, but it's a great time. I definitely recommend giving it a try.”

“Food was fantastic; some aspects of our service were not. We ordered online and when we picked up our order, we asked for more ketchup. We were told 'that should be more than enough". We said that we knew that would not be enough. The lady at the counter said "the containers are filled to the top' and slammed the window shut. A few minutes later, guess what--we ran out of ketchup. We went up to the counter and the man currently at the window glady gave us more ketchup and asked if that was enough. That was real customer service. When you spend over $50 on lunch you expect to be treated better than that. I guess next time we'll need to bring our own ketchup.”

“I do not normally review McDonald’s, but definitely want to today. I went into the 14th street location today and ordered my usual; fish sandwich, and half-cut sweet tea. My food was good, but the service is what I’m reviewing. Trudy, the woman who took my order, was SO incredibly kind, and my morning had just been AWFUL. I’m normally a very private person but did share with her that I appreciated her being so nice to me. She is a wonderful employee! I’ll be back for sure.”
