(October 10, 2020, 10:48 pm)I'm from out of town and placed a mobile order for pickup this morning. Austin greeted me via the drive thru and was the brightest voice to hear in the morning. My drink was exactly how I like it and Austin's genuine kindness was even better!

(September 18, 2020, 2:04 pm)This morning I forgot my debit card at home, so I had to use my credit card. Unbeknownst to me, it had been locked because of suspicious charges (I called and found out after I left the store; I also should have checked that VM from an unrecognized number from yesterday and my emails from yesterday afternoon and on; I have kids in virtual learning so I’m a little preoccupied daily)! So I was shocked when I got to the window and my card wouldn’t work!! I am horrible with names, but a man and a woman gave me my coffee and wrap at no charge!! To whomever reads these reviews at Starbucks, these two should be praised for their kindness and understanding. They didn’t have to do what they did for a complete stranger and supposed to be “paying” customer. I plan on going back today to give them a thank you card and a good tip!
