Woo Pig Mooie BBQ

The owners are so helpful and friendly. We got the jalapeno cheddar sausage and brisket to go. When I got home, I grabbed a knife to cut the brisket but it wasnt needed. The brisket was fork tender and soo good as was the sausage. Definitely give this restaurant a try, we will be back!

The staff is really nice there. Super helpful if you haven't been there. I'm not going to lie. When I was looking at the prices I thought they were high, BUT when the food came out. Holy cow!!! There was a bunch of meat and sides! So I thought it was a good amount for the price. I didn't leave there hungry at all. The bbq sauce was unique yet very tasty.

Very friendly, very knowledgeable, highly recommended. I'm a trained chef, hunter, and I'm from Kansas City. I grew up on BBQ for breakfast, so hear me now and believe me later when I tell you to look no further for your new local favorite! Only downside is no beer, in which case takeout is a great option.

Woo Pig Mooie BBQ is new to Centerton and just opened Aug 2020. I’ve been waiting to try their BBQ for months before they open and now I have — and it was fantastic! The Brisket was so juicy and flavorful and the jalapeño & cheddar sausage was sooo good. I’m not a big sausage fan because they tend to be too salty, but this was really good especially with their homemade “woo” sauce. The sides I had were really good too. Potato Salad, Smoked BBQ Beans. Next time I’m trying the pull pork sandwich with coleslaw and Mac ‘n Cheese.

The food is fantastic and the service & friendly atmosphere the BEST.
I tried the Pulled Pork and the Jalapeno Cheddar Sausage - soooo good. Def try to Woo Sauce with the sausage. Next time I'm going to try the smoked sirloin or the smoked brisket burnt ends. The sides are also really good. And they were all wearing masks and following COVID state rules
