Bubba's Barbecue

For the past 8 years we’ve been coming to Eureka for our anniversary staying in cabins for a few days. Always wanted to try this place out and we did today. IMPRESSED! Delicious BBQ and plenty of it. Great BBQ pit and looks like it’ll be our new yearly eatery for the weekend. A+ ????????????????????????

Really good barbecue. Service was quick and easy. I had the beef brisket and the flavor even without the sauce was excellent. My husband had the sampler platter and he says the ribs, baked beans and coleslaw was tasty. We'll definitely revisit on our next trip.

Amazing BBQ. Got a rack of ribs for two and they already had it prepared. Charred on the outside but absolutely fell of the bone. Must have it with the sauce. We ate and left in under thirty minutes. Excellent place to eat if you’re around Eureka Springs

We love Eureka Springs, but not the kitsch of the downtown. This restaurant is on the main road, but it's neither priced nor decorated like the downtown restaurants. Cheerful, homey, and clean, the aroma of pit barbecue sets your stomach to growling the moment you step in the door. The wait staff is very pleasant, and the service is swift. We enjoyed the pulled pork shoulder and beef brisket dinner plates. The meat is served without sauce, which was good, because I am not a fan of their sauce, which meant I didn't like the beans, either. It's very peppery and vinegary, with little, if any, sweetness. The meat was so moist and tender I didn't miss it. Their fresh-cut fries are the best I've ever had. The slaw has a delicious sour cream dressing. We'll be back!
