This was one of the best meals of my life. The food was amazing and the service was exceptional. Our server, Mike, was extremely helpful, friendly and patient when we couldn't make up our minds. He explained the different wines in detail to help my girlfriend make a decision. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who asked. We will definitely go back the next time we are in town.
Excellent! I devoured the 1/4 duck. The skin was crispy and meat juicy and flavorful. I also loved my side of red cabbage, the sauce, and the dumpling bread. Yes, I am satisfied. I highly recommend the restaurant and can't wait for my next visit.
We stopped in at the Bavarian restaurant for dinner. The food and service were awesome! I had Chicken Oliver. The chicken and the light lemon sauce was very good. I will definitely be back on the next visit to Eureka Springs Arkansas!
Great Czech restaurant! Been going here for wonderful comfort food for over 25 years. Don't miss the best sour kraut soup - cd eat just this and purple kraut for dinner! But why limit yourself when they offer a whole host of yummy dishes. My all time favorite dish is the goulash with their homemade dumplings. Tender chunks of beef in rich brown gravy - the best! Also very good is their wine list and homemade deserts. Love love this restaurant - the servers are pleasant and the owner is friendly! One if not the very best restaurant in Eureka Springs!
This place confuses me and I'm going to give a mixed review. There's certain things on the menu that tastes very good like I had the sauerkraut soup it was excellent. The bread was store bought the butter was really good. I had the steak Madagascar the steak was excellent the gravy was not green peppercorn taste like perfume. I love peas and I only ate a couple of bites of mine. They were very dry no seasonings. The carrots and the fried potatoes were excellent but you only get a very small amount. The waitress who occasionally showed up at the tables said that she makes really good drinks and suggested the margarita. I would suggest you do not get the margarita. 4 years ago my husband and I loved this restaurant now not so much. My husband said go with the duck. But the reason we will not return is because the lady snubbed us as we walked out. She made eye contact turned her back to us and looked away.
