Totally worth it!! We had the Chicken Salad Croissant and Pulled Pork nachos. Both were delicious and a good size portion. Also had Tiramisu for dessert and it was scrumptious!!!
Ordered lasagna w italian sausage, cheese ravioli w meat sauce, and kids fettuccine alfredo. Delicious food, fresh and tasted homemade. HUGE portions. BIG salads and delicious garlic toast! The sausage and beef in the marinara sauce were chunky and succulent. We wanted to rate food 5 stars, but we couldn't. We also should have complained, but didn’t because they were too busy. Here's why only 4 stars... the temperature was weirdly off! Like they have this fresh food and homemade sauce, then assemble it and serve it without testing the temperature. Maybe they microwaved it?! I'm not sure, but all three of us said, "They need to heat this up more. We took half of our dinners home and then threw both leftovers away, just to be safe. The food taste is superb; it just needs some more attention to food temperature.
Chili and grilled cheese combo 10/10.
Meatball sub was amazing and so was the Philip cheesesteak! Great place to enjoy a peaceful lunch!
I had the Pork BBQ Plate and my girlfriend had the Teigan Burger. Both were fantastic, one of those dinners where you just kinda forget to talk and you just devour your food because it's so good. I also had the garlic mashed potatoes and the baked beans for sides, between the sides and main dish there were no let downs.
The service was great, and they were very nice and welcoming. They close at 7:00 pm and we strolled on in at 6:10pm with no issues ordering dinner for two and a dessert.
I ordered a slice of strawberry cake for dessert. I asked for half of a slice from what they offer and they halved the price too which was great since I didn't want too much!
Edited Review: Based in the owner's response I would change this to say I think based on the reasoning for the decor it is a beautiful tribute to life and memories, so ignore the complaint about the decor and please read the owner's response. When I ordered I simply asked for water and was not given an option for anything other than the $3.00 bottle of water, so I will chalk this up to a miscommunication.
Food was good. I had the portobello mushroom ravioli and I would recommend it. The prices are a bit much, a bottled water was $3. Service is excellent but the atmosphere is a bit overwhelming. Overall a cute place but I'd suggest a more cohesive decor and maybe offer cheaper water.
