“We were looking forward to having the buffet, but it was not available. One customer came in after us and left because there was no buffet. Another customer came in, waited several minutes and left because no one greeted her or offered to show her to a table. Hope we don't loose this restaurant. We used to enjoy coming here for the buffet.”

“While a plate may be $15, it's loaded with food. So much that my kid and I share a plate. We like to get the shrimp and steak combo. They cook the steak to how we like it and the shrimp is large and we'll seasoned. The saute vegetables are perfectly tender and go so well with the insane amount of fried rice. Every bite is delicious. We love to cover it all in the (rightly)named YumYum sauce. They are usually really quick to have your order ready, so even if you walk up, you aren't waiting long.”

“Food and service was great! However, dining in or sitting and waiting on the food...that experience was poor. The kitchen (visible from door) was filthy along with the floors. Two employees came in for their shift while we were waiting on our order and just began serving. Didn't wash hands, no hair net, never put on gloves (only the cook was wearing gloves) - so the lady was placing and removing the bread from the toaster with her BARE HANDS 👀, it just wasn't the cleanest environment that I would want to eat in - especially in the midst of a pandemic (COVID-19). If you're looking for a "Waffle House" experience, this is your place. Let me be clear, I'm fine with mom and pop places, I believe they have the best food. But I expected a little more effort to protect my food from bare hands. Do better because I was thrilled to support a Black Owned establishment in such a small town. Maybe I'll try again next time.”

“First time i have eaten from here, and it is by far the best mexican restaurant i have ever eaten at. Amazing food, wonderful service, and great prices, both plates cost $9.99 and drinks were under $2.00, both of us ate till we couldnt eat any more, and i still have half a plate left. Very impressed, no other mexacan restaurants in magnolia holds a candle to this place. $2.00, both of”

“So as a tourist just staying for a few days I can say this much. This venue clearly has potential. It's large. Seems like it could get busy after a football game or maybe a Poppin Saturday night with live music, but when I walked in there was zero people inside. I had to ask the only person behind the counter if they were even open. The bartender (I think) was personable and honest. They didn't even have pizza which Is why we came in the first place...heck they didn't even have boneless chicken wings or tenders! The "Cheese Fries" had to have been french fries from Walmart covered in sargento cheese....the fried pickles were good, but served WITHOUT ranch because they were out of that too. I also had ordered Spicy Chili Wings which actually tasted great. They were sweet and hot and delectable. I bet I could come back after a game from the college and this place would be on fire but unfortunately I visited and this was a less than pleasurable experience. It's not a bad place, just not prepared. So it still received 3 stars for the atmosphere, the kind interaction and the cold beer.”

“A nice local place, with good service, a good atmosphere and above average food. In my opinion, they offer nice size portions for the money. I've been to this location several times, I've had hamburgers French dips and salads. I especially enjoy their chef's salad which they do a good job on. I would highly away recommend if you're in the area you stop in and visit, you won't regret it.”

“Staff is always attentive and extremely friendly, food is amazing, hardly any wait time to be served. One of the few places I can go and eat at every day if given the option. If you don't eat there at least once your making a mistake.”

“In Magnolia, THIS is the place in you wanna come too. From the Fresh Orange Juice to the Hand Crafted Coffee, I can taste the love put into food served to me. The fruit was fresh. The potatoes were succulent. The fruit was sweet like sugar. This was my favorite restaurant in the square for sure!”
