“Decent frozen meals to buy for new-moms or for a family who had just lost a loved one. Overall, their prices are a bit steep for the quality and the type of food served. Double check the food you buy in bulk. I have bought some incorrectly marked items in the past. Comparatively speaking, lunch plates are decently priced and offer a nice serving and a well-balanced meal. However, meal plates feature vegetables that have been cooked from frozen and the salad is less than fresh. Not displeased, but feel like improvements can be made. Not many variations of food. Would like to see that in the future. Would also like to see the ingredient list for allergy (or for picky-eater) purposes.”

“Great food! Great quality and quantity of meat. Fairly involved in the community. Firehouse on Hilltop (Johnson) has better customer service than Southwest Drive location. Johnson location also has a drive through. Southwest location does not. Southwest location will not tell you when your to-go order is ready, regardless of how long you have been waiting on it. Great heated deli sandwiches. Competitive pricing. Free sub on your birthday- May have to show your ID for the free sub. Family friendly.”
