Ol' Bart Southern Eats

It's a nice location for the barbecue place, easy to get into, and super easy to find. They used to do a mobile barbecue truck around Greenbrier, it was super handy when it was there. There. But it was just very hit or miss. Didn't know their schedule. So happy they have a permanent location that I can go anytime I want to!!

And one of my guests ordered their loaded nachos or loaded Fritos. It was such a massive amount of food they were not able to eat at all. You can possibly share between two people, looked so amazing.

I went with the chopped brisket. Very tender. Lots of flavor! The baked beans had some type of meat in them. Could have been the brisket or a burnt end. Bear small pieces of meat, but it really added to the flavor with the beans! Mac and cheese was okay. Great choice for kids. I would try a different side next time that I go, but the baked beans will probably be something that I will always get with the platter.

They do offer different types of barbecue sauce. You can even purchase it to go. There's also a clothing and other items for sale to commemorate your visit.

Stopped by after working in the area. The spicy sausage was good but didn't taste spicy (might just be me since I like it to be really spicy!) the potato salad was not my favorite but the baked beans were really good. I ordered the banana pudding to go and it was delicious.

Wow, I've got a new favorite BBQ joint in Conway. Excellent brisket, plenty of the fat cap left on. The rub they use has noticeable warmth, but it isn't too spicy. The smoked bologna is definitely a must-try. Chicken wings are incredible, I've not had smoked wings that good in years. Go there, give everything a try, I promise you'll not be disappointed.

As soon as you open the door, the smell of slow smoked meats welcomes you! All the traditional bbq you expect, I got the brisket and it was good. The beans had what appeared two types of meat in it! Two types of potatoes to choose from, I got the smoked mashed potatoes and they were great! Served with onion and pickles which is nice! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Restaurant was clean and sold their own seasonings and other seasonings as well. I will continue to support Ol Bart

Customer service is outstanding (needed that said right away!). Ribs are OK, not great (either taste or value), but brisket way better. Sides were the real disappointment though (mostly bland).
