Food was great, huge portions and great flavor. Price was a little high, but the food was worth it.
The building was quiet with not a lot of traffic. The server was super nice, and because it was only us and one other couple. The service was great.
I recommend the chicken parm!
Went here for my daughter's birthday with the in-laws,we are from nlr so it was quite the drive to Conway. We called ahead so there was no waiting on a table at all. The Staff was great but they really weren't very busy for a 6pm dinner. I ordered the tour of Italy(gotta get my bang for the buck)😂 The wife ordered the ravioli with pink sauce and for this place to have been ran by chefs we didn't get chef quality food. My tour of Italy varied in warmth and some was even cold. How?? The kitchen was literally 20ft away. My Chicken Alfredo was not creamy at all,it was more of greasy butter that coated my lips like lip gloss. I was so disappointed since we came along way for authentic chef cooked Italian food. Maybe since they were incredibly slow they were out of sync or something but man... The price didn't fit the quality. I heard they have another location so I'll be checking them out soon.
A few girlfriends and I came for lunch and it was AMAZING. It was all of our first time, we will definitely be back. We didn't have one bad dish🙂
Don't miss this diamond in the rough, or judge the restaurant by its exterior. Verona is by far in my opinion the best Italian restaurant around. The atmosphere is quaint, quiet and perfect for a date night or family outing. The food is absolutely amazing. You can tell that these recipes have been around for awhile and have been perfected. The Shrimp Ala Nona was perfectly cooked and garnished, and the creamy white sauce was spot on. The red sauce for the Chicken Parmigiano, as well as the chicken was some of the best I've had. Not to forget about the rolls....which melt in your mouth. Service was the best and could not have had better. Overall this is a gem in Conway, that many may write off, but for those who are looking for great Italian food, this is a must have on your list. We have been hooked for years and will not go anywhere else. Here is a special shout out to the cooks. You all rock...
