Tried Jambalaya, Shrimp and Chicken dish with rice! Amazing taste, perfect mixture of spice, well cooked shrimp, chicken, and rice.

Tried local beers on draft. They were good. Especially, the local lager available on that day (I dont know the name :( ... )

When you get here, start with the bread and olive oil dip - it's the main reason we decided to try this place! They have a large variety of items, but we decided to just order a few appetizers to share. Their homemade queso was delicious, so anything covered in that is a safe bet 😋 There is a bar where you can watch the races and have a few drinks - over all it was just a very chill atmosphere.

Ordered shrimp and chicken gumbo along with shrimp tacos and a side order of onion rings. The food temperatures and presentation were great. The chicken in the gumbo lacked the tenderness that I desired. The cilantro rice with shrimp tacos was also a little a la dente. It was an okay plate; the mango sauce caused the corn tortillas to fall a part after sitting a while. The side order of onion rings were great!!! Temperature was on point and they were not greasy. Would visit here again. Dining environment was quiet and welcoming.

Salmon with broccoli & bang bang shrimp pasta was absolutely delicious. The fried shrimp in the pasta is a savory and sweet touch. My only complain is that less salt could be used on the salmon, and bread would be a nice compliment for 16$ plate of pasta. My server was Juan, the service was phenomenal. so was the atmosphere.
