“Decided to check out this new place for lunch & so glad I did. I had the Tampa style Cuban sandwich’ & it was one the best Cubans I’ve ever had! The sandwich was packed with lots of meat & just the right amount of veggies & dressing. The owner Hunter is great to talk with & was super welcoming. He even gave me a sample of their rice/black beans & honestly it was the best I’ve ever tasted. Great food & owners, great setting/atmosphere for lunch dining and a side room with couches/chairs to enjoy their great selection of coffees. Vegan/vegetarian options for those who love that as well. All around great experience & definitely will be a regular customer!”

Rositas Restaurante Hondureño

Address: 627 Albert Pike Rd, Hot Springs, AR 71913, USA

Restaurant

“👏👏 Horray for Honduran food in Hot Springs! This is definitely a new gem in town. The food was delicious, hot and fresh. The flavors all complemented each other and it was quite the umami experience with the Pollo con Tajadas (chicken with plantains) and honestly, I don’t like plantains!! But I decided to try this place and the dishes how they come bc tastes change and either mine have or they know how to cook delicious plantains. They reminded me of dehydrated banana chips, but soft and hot with perfect crispy bits. I will say the atmosphere isn’t the best but they just opened and that can change- it just has a cold vibe, but you can tell with the art on the wall they are trying. The server was awesome and printed a menu of the Honduran dishes in English, but he also explained the menu and after talking he offered to pick for us and we let him pick two authentic dishes to surprise us and both were AWESOME. The Baleada which is like a quesadilla was better than any quesadilla I’ve ever had and my only complaint is there wasn’t a second one with it bc it was hard to share! Now as far as the Pollo con Tajadas, I really can’t say enough great things. The chicken was bone in and it was seasoned sooooo good! The sauces and the salad mix with the beets- mmmm! I recommend trying it as it comes, trust me, even I was brave to try it with the plantains and I’m so glad I did. Culinary combinations really can surprise you if you give them the chance and I definitely would give these guys a chance. Seating tip: if you are cold natured sit farther away from the door- it doesn’t close well and there’s a little chill and the booth against the window moves so be warned 😅 all in all, great food and great folks. I even met Rosita herself and she was just cooking away which I loved. I can’t wait to return to try the other authentic dishes. So excited for some new tasty treats!”

Ouachita Bar & Grill

Address: 915 Central Ave, Hot Springs, AR 71901, USA

Restaurant

“ALLIGATOR SAUSAGE and OPEN ON MONDAYS!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼 Hallelloo for a bbq place in Hot Springs that’s open on Mondays, and these guys were even open on Memorial Day which is awesome and truly appreciated. Being a true foodie I had to try a lil bit of a lot. That being said, when I go back, I’d get the alligator sausage plate with the whole fried okra and potato salad all day. The brisket was really flavorful, smoky, some crispy parts, some fatty, some meaty- but it’s $18.95 for the plate with two sides so it’s a lil pricey compared to the gator which is only $14.95 a plate with two sides. Both flavors were great but where else are you going to get smoked gator sausage?! It’s very flavorful and sort of has a breakfast sausage after taste- definitely recommend. The bbq sauce was really delicious, peppery, and the meat didn’t really need it but it’s so good it’s worth dippin’ here and there. Now for the sides. They are also a lil on the pricey side compared to some other spots but OMG THE WHOLE FRIED OKRA! Another impressive menu item and was cooked perfectly, it definitely gives cut breaded okra a run for its money. I recommend this as the first choice for a side since it’s $8.99 alone. The fries (waffle style) were okay, they needed the salt packet that came with the plastic cutlery but that’s alright, I was just expecting (and hoping) for those bomb homestyle fries you find at bbq joints but it was alright. At least they weren’t crinkle cut. The beans were good, thick, peppery and a lil sweet. Now the potato salad, AMAZING FLAVOR! Smoky and super savory- definitely a must as your pick two. The Mac n cheese was honestly the only thing that wasn’t much to write home about. I could not taste much of a difference than any other basic Mac n cheese, but add the brisket and some bbq sauce and I’m sure it’s a game changer, just served as a lone side it wasn’t as good as the other options on the menu, and it was a lil extra crispy in some places. Over all, this place is awesome, the humans working it are just as great, and their vision is exciting and worth waiting for. Til’ then, give these guys a shot- we have a bomb bbq spot that’s open on Mondays so let’s support the cause and keep it that way! 🙌🏼”

Shell

Address: 3039 Albert Pike Rd, Hot Springs, AR 71913, USA

Restaurant

“The meat pies are fire. The staff are relaxed. My only complaint is things aren't priced, you have to ask how much things are.”

Hotel Hale

Address: 341 Central Ave, Hot Springs, AR 71901, USA

Restaurant

“Cannot recommend Hotel Hale enough. It was a weekend escape and exactly what we needed. Service was excellent, staff made us feel special and appreciated, which was not needed but was a nice touch. The hot spring water to your room is unique and a must. We stayed in Hale and it was lovely, the perfect suite for us (husband and I and our baby!) to hide! Clean, fresh, special, attentive, a must do. Pay for valet parking - there's no designated parking available. Take advantage of Brunch at Eden, it was perfect. While the hotel really has a romantic escape vibe, they were completely accommodating for our one-year old and never made us feel out of place.”

Corn Dog 7

Address: 4501 Central Ave, Hot Springs, AR 71913, USA

Restaurant

“Located in the Hot Springs Mall, this is the place to go for a quick bite. You do not have to worry about getting an old, stale corn dog, because they don't make anything until you order it. Hot, fresh fries, fountain drinks, and several different combo specials to choose from. The fried cheese is definitely worth a try. It is just like a corn dog, except filled with melted American cheese instead. Be sure and get a lemonade to wash it down with. I liked it! It is a small, reasonably priced place with friendly people.”

Trejo's Catering

Address: 4900 Central Ave suite b, Hot Springs, AR 71913, USA

Restaurant

“I chose this restaurant for dinner during a small vacation with my 4 young children. I am a single mom and like to save money as much as possible, so I always look for places that kids eat free. It was a Tuesday and I saw that they have this special. I called to confirm and was told yes. BUT wasn’t told that it’s only one free kids meal per 1 adult meal. Didn’t find out til I saw the menu. That bugged me but I decided to just stay because Mexican is usually pretty cheap. Long story short, my bill came up to almost $100, which is the most I’ve ever spent on Mexican! Come to find out drinks ARE NOT included with anything, not even kids meals. So just for our drinks alone was $20. I also got a Margarita which tasted purely like Corona. I added a shot of patron to it to give it some kick. The food was OK. Not enough flavor/seasoning in the fajitas. My rice and beans were not hot. The staff was VERY kind and sweet. Restaurant and the bathrooms were super clean. Decent place overall but I probably won’t be returning.”

Smoked Craft BBQ

“The new best BBQ in Hot Springs, I tried the pork belly, the sliders, tater salad and cream cheese corn the first time and was back the next weekend to try the rest. Awesome. Good portions, great sauces... will be back this weekend for more!”

I will be eating here again!”

Smoky Pitts Barbecue

Address: 2711 Airport Rd, Hot Springs, AR 71913, USA

Restaurant

“HOLY SMOKES YAL (pun intended)!!! This is by far the best BBQ I have had yet in hot springs 👏👏 This place is where it’s at for flavor, texture, and taste- omggggg. When I go to bbq places I typically stick with sausage (how can they mess that up right?), the smoked chicken (again, another hard one to mess up) or something random like catfish or loaded fries simply because all I taste in brisket or pulled pork around here is a little smoke and no other flavor profiles, no juiciness, just nothing to write home about to say the least. When I first tried this food truck (they have a covered table area!!) my expectations were low but the smell had me literally turn the car around so I had to try it. It was 20 past closing time but the lights were on and I didn’t know they were closed. These guys were so awesome they let me order anyways but they only had the brisket, potato salad, and baked beans left. I was really bummed because again, I just haven’t been impressed EVER by any of the brisket around here. OH. MY. WORDS- I am so happy they were sold out of everything else because I never would have known what heaven I was missing! The brisket was thick, juicy slabs with such tender, smoked and heavily seasoned fatty edges that I couldn’t get enough of- and I usually don’t get excited about fatty edges unless it’s bacon. HANDS DOWN, Best bbq yet. Last week I was able to get two coworkers to try them and we got the sampler plates with the gourmet Mac n cheese, baked beans and some tater salad. They did it again!!! The sausage was juicy and had soooo much flavor, the ribs were literally shredding off the bone with our plastic forks, and the pulled pork looked like it was going to be that typical tasteless pile of shredded smoke and OMGGGG it had so many flavor profiles that I actually forgot to use their homemade bbq sauce on it- and that NEVER happens (I HIGHLY recommend the spicy bbq- I pray they bottle and sell it one day it’s that fricken good). And of course the brisket that came with the sampler was the heaven I raved about to my coworkers, as were the sides. If I were to pick the sides in order of best to great I would get the beans (lots of smoky meaty goodness), the gourmet Mac n cheese (BIG tender noodles that kinda reminded me of a Mac n cheese lasagna almost but with that real cheese flavor, and then the potato salad even though it was so flavorful as well. My boss is a hard sell because he comes from the west coast and recently moved here but in his exact words he said “best bbq in Arkansas I’ve had yet”. If I could give more stars I would. My only complaint- they aren’t open more days of the week!!!”

Dodge's

Address: 640 E Grand Ave, Hot Springs, AR 71901, USA

Restaurant

“First time here and 10/10, had the kabob and some of my boyfriends rolls. The kabob is such a good mix of chicken, peppers, onion, friend pickles, and potatoes. Also the pie sticks are pure deliciousness!! Will definitely be back.”

Mr. Whiskers

Address: 4195 Malvern Ave, Hot Springs, AR 71901, USA

Restaurant

“I was in the area on vacation and saw this as a hot spot. I tried the 2 piece catfish basket, and I added 1 chicken finger, and 1 rib. I started with the rib, and I am glad I did since it wasn't good. I'd give it a 2 stars out of 5. It was old, dry, and not well smoked. I'm from Texas and I'd day BBQ is a weekly food for me. The chicken tender was very good. It was tender, the breading was perfect, and it was juicy. Honestly I should have had a basket of these. A solid 5 stars. The catfish was good but not great, a little more fishy taste for me but maybe it has more to do with following the great chicken tender. Still a solid 4 stars for me. I'd get it again if they were out of chicken. :)”

The Oak Room

Address: 2705 Central Ave, Hot Springs, AR 71901, USA

Restaurant

“Came here with family for a celebration dinner. This place is tucked away in the casino floor but don’t be confused- the service, food, and experience was excellent. The steaks were fantastic- very good sear and flavor, steaks that stand alone without anything else. But if you only get one item here, get the truffle fries. They are perfectly crispy and have a truffle powder that makes them so so good.”

The Trough Bar and Grill

Address: 833 Central Ave, Hot Springs, AR 71901, USA

Restaurant

“Best burger in Bath Row!! (I’ve tried several!) So tasty. Our fries initially came out a little high on the crispy scale, and without even asking we were brought some fresh ones. we really appreciate that! Staff was great, food was tasty, and I loved being able to just hang and play shuffleboard after for a bit.”
