    Everyone is so friendly 😊. The only problem is you have to wait in line in the Drive-Thru. I wish they would bring another Chick-fil-A to Hot Springs, Arkansas.

    We are not regular customers of Chick-fil-a, but were given a gift card. So we took advantage of that to check it out. I find it a little weird that they come and refill your drink for you. First of all, we had just got started when they came around so we didn't need a refill then. But the never came back around, so we had to take our cups to the counter for refill. Easier to just have access to the machine ourselves.

    Otherwise, the food was good. Pricey, in my opinion when we both had nuggets/meal, and it went just over $20.

    Food was very good..but I was expecting more for the price. I got a salad and hubby got 2 chicken strips and waffle fry and 3 small shakes...and it was 30. Dollars! And the chicken strips were tiny. I understand everything is going up but I thought it was pretty expensive for no more than we got

    Great service and food! Polynesian sauce is the best! Had our food ready before we got out straws and sauces. Everything was really fresh too especially the lettuce!
